Totem Lake Heights

I absolutely loved living at TLH. As a single woman, I am grateful that I was able to feel safe and well cared for while living here. Maintenance was always there when needed. The property manager was always friendly and super supportive. Thank you!

1. Loud and / or rude neighbors who are not made to follow the rules in the leases they signed 2. Poorly renovated apartments 3. Management does not know how to properly keep property clear during snow and ice, making property dangerous 4. The prior manager was personally offensive 5. Current residents were not informed we have a night patrol officer. Since when? Would be useful to be able to contact them if necessary 6. When renovating other apartments, they'll leave a flatbed full of old, used toilets to be disposed outside your apartment for MONTHS at a time 7. Poor pest control response 8. It would be great if the new apartment manager would let residents know BEFORE things like construction, etc., occur in the apartment complex, rather than hours after it has already started 9. Scream

Totem Lake Heights is great! I've lived here for the past 15 years and highly recommend it. Michelle and Renaldas provided friendly, quick, responsive, and excellent customer service. The apartment itself worked well as my home, and I loved the tall trees and landscaping around the complex. I've moved out of town, but was happy to call Totem Lake Heights my home.

I've lived at TLH for over 10 years. It's a clean, safe, quiet place to live. The maintenance manager Ren is knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. Managers have changed frequently in the last 10 years but Ren has always been reliable and the managers in the office have been nice. The landscaping is beautiful and management is investing in unit improvements. Any concerns I've had are issues with specific neighbors but that's apartment living. I recommend Totem Lake Heights as a great place to live.

We've lived at this complex for 6 years and loved it. The neighbors are great! The office staff are friendly and get back to you quickly. The maintenance man was amazing! We just put in a request through the resident portal and he would be there within 24-48 hours depending on what our problem was. He always wore shoe coverings and was very friendly! We've accidentally locked ourselves out before and didn't have the key, on a weekend, and the on-call guy was super quick and got in to open the door to our apt within the hour (which was awesome b/c I had our baby with me). Grounds were beautiful and they took our bigger dog which was a huge plus! Very convenient to everything, super close to I-405. New mall was being developed when we left.
