Their commitment and dedication to maintaining our property and landscape, along with their prompt and skillful handling of repairs, has truly impressed us. They consistently ensure that our property remains in top condition, allowing us peace of mind even from a distance. The entire staff, office and field managers, are consistently exceptional in timely response to calls, emails or texts. Our family has been Total Care customers in Golden Oak for almost 5 years. We have always been taken care of so well and our current Total Care representative Jimmy is THE MAN. Jimmy has an amazing “can do” attitude with any need that arises and knows so much about all things involved with maintaining a home. It’s rare to find someone that you can unequivocally rely on and we are so thankful that we have found that in Total Care.

We have been with Total Care for over eleven years. They are absolutely fantastic! Constant care for your home and they literally take care of everything you need. The individuals who are assigned to your home are not only excellent, but friends! Gui, property manager, is awesome. He is always pleasant, easy to deal with, and gets things done efficiently. As a company they get more attention and timely response from service providers than I do as an individual. The housekeeping crew does a great job. I wish I had them all back in Indy.
