I rented from these guys for four years. Each and every month I paid my rent early on time. I was told at one point that I was their best tenant. I did not give any problems at all. The house was old and in desperate need of updates. My front door had a big crack in it. My back door was in desperate need of replacement and was easy to break into, (All person would have to do is reach their hand through one of the glass slats of the door That had to be at least 20 years old) which made me very uncomfortable. when Maintenance came out, they simply patched up the crack in the door and refused to replace the back door. Every day I worried about this as a single mother! When it came time for me to move out, I paid to mow the lawn, I spent at least two whole days making it nice for them cleanin
