Total Property Management

We recently repainted our home. TPM has several color scheme's to chose from, but we had something new in mind. At first the board was hesitant, but our managing agent, Dani, really listened to us and supported our choice. Eventually our colors were approved, before Christmas, so our home was painted and beautiful when company arrived! I gotta tell ya, I've had other HOA's in the past and not impressed. Your just a number & everything is a 'no' without personal attention. TPM so far has been great to us! Here are before & after pic's. Thank you Dani & TPM

Can’t say enough bad things about these guys rude unhelpful they take your money and do nothing to make you complex better they’ll cut down all the vegetation in your complex to cut costs then raise your monthly payment awful company

Not a good experience with them, if you complain or ask questions that make them feel uncomfortable they will then try to find any reason to say you violated something. Very unprofessional company.

I have worked with 4 management companies, and at least 12-15 managers. I have been a home owner and a board member, and Total and Michael Sgro have been the best I have worked with. Total I have sent an email to accounting and they have responded within hours sometimes, I have only talked to a couple of employees and they were all nice and caring. Michael have been the BEST manager I have worked with, he answers all questions and response very fast through email, and if he is away his email sends a message back with when he will be back, and who to contact if you need a answer faster. I really enjoyed working with both Total and Michael.

TPM has been in business for over 30+ years and I have the pleasure of working with them on 2 Boards. They are very responsive and understand the complications revolving around HOA management. I would highly recommend this company.
