They are a joke can never get ahold of anyone and they will not allow you come to the office to talk. It seems they are mismanaging HOA dues they are always asking for more money BS. It’s nonsense. HOA are is a joke.

Total management is a joke, they sent a letter out last year raising our dues because of a drainage issue in our pond in Starbrooke. They assured us it would be fixed. Now this year August 13th 2025 they said the board of directors voted to add another 100.00 for an assessment fee for the pond. Without even asking for a vote. Starebrooke HOA has 61,050.00 in the bank now they are saying another 3000.00 for contingency for unexpected costs. No one voted on this and the board of directors fo not have our permission to take on increases for our residents. Total wants to be sure they have their cut. We have started a petition for total ti cease and desist as our HOA Mana team. They are crooks!

Since last year we have told you guys, repeatedly, we do not live in that property anymore. We kept receiving emails and phone calls. I do not know how to make you stop. We provided the buyers info when we sold the property. Please STOP contacting us! Do something to contact the new property owner. There’s something you guys should be able to do to stop contacting us! PLEASE STOP!

Total Management was property manager for the HOA at my prior home. Total Management did a great job keeping all home-owners on the same page and making drastic improvements within the subdivision. I was always able to call and email with any questions and they were resolved in a timely manner. I highly recommend Peggy and Total Management Team to any HOA looking for change!
