Highly reliable, great communication and very consistent :) Fixed my dishwasher, Heat, And Dryer all in one day. Took maybe 2hrs if that ! I’m overall highly satisfied and very impressed with the maintenance work here, as well as the office making it all happen. Would highly recommend this apartment complex and management !

A I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. There are many pests, and the furniture, kitchen, and doors are completely old. This place is a rip-off; with what you pay here, you could afford a much better house.

On 11/15/25 I noticed a leak on my ceiling I notified the office and they sent maintenance over to verify. After talking to the maintenance guy he told me that it an outside contractor that has to come in for roof issues and monday is the earliest because of it being the weekend. Now it Tuesday 11/18/25 and my roof ceiling is still leaking. I notified the office again and was explained to me that it has to wait till after it stop raining. This is unsafe and unsanitary.

If i could give this place 0 stars I would. When we originally moved in here it was fine. We have now been here 3 years and the new management has something new every week to "fine" us for. We had a covered grill on the patio that I had bought my husband for father's day before we moved in. Originally it was no problem as long as it stayed covered and was never used. In December all of a sudden it was a $100 fine if we didn't get rid of it. Last month we got a notice for cigarette butt's. But we don't smoke, our neighbors do. This month it was our 6 year old daughters bike on the BACK patio. We were told we had to store it inside or be fined $50. My bathtub is not usable because there is paint peeling from the bottom of it and when they "fix" it we have to leave our home for 8 hours so the

Love Bria she's very informative and eager to help us every step of our move in process. The other gentleman was helpful but didn't send us an email that our first app was canceled for the reservation. Luckily Bria helped to make sure we had everything settled. My partner and I hope Bria gets promoted she deserves it.
