Sherien was a great tour guide. She did a really good job explaining the apartments and amenities and made the tour easy to follow. She was friendly, answered our questions, and offered to keep us updated on any new listings that come up. I appreciate her taking the time to show us everything.
Living here has definitely become expensive over time prices change rapidly, from rent to amenities and other added costs. There are also quite a few rules that sometimes make it feel like there’s little freedom, especially when it comes to what residents can have on their front door or patio. I’m not sure how that fits under fair housing, but it’s something that stands out to me. Especially working in the same industry However, what truly makes this place worth staying at is the maintenance team. They are absolutely amazing always alert, professional, and understanding whenever an issue comes up. Anytime something goes wrong, they respond quickly and make sure it’s resolved within a reasonable timeframe. I really want to shout out all the maintenance techs for this unit. Your hard work
We lived here for a little over a year and we were super disappointed. By the time we hit the year mark of our 15 month lease we were more than ready to leave. We understand apartment living and sharing walls with others but we had neighbors that would be blasting music so loud that our wall decor was literally shaking. We contacted the leasing office and they did nothing about it. The floors are as thin as paper as well. Not to mention that whatever your neighbors down below or even above you are doing like smoking it will seep into your apartment and will make your apartment smell like if you had been the one smoking. You can hear everything. The amount of fees that start to rack up with your rent as well is incredible. One day I was outside taking my dog to go pee and had one of the lea
Out of the blue we all received a letter on our doors, approximately two (2) weeks ago, stating that effective immediately we are no longer Lantower, and have been taken over by Greystar. Just like that. No further information was given other than their new email. You really have to do some research on why this was done. Once a takeover has transpire, changes are always in the works. Whether it is for the better or worse, time will tell. I am very familiar with Greystar from New York, and they own many properties throughout the country. I will leave it at that. It would be great to receive a more detailed and personal email addressing their goals. This change affects everyone, especially residents that have been here for many years. I've watched many good people leave. Who is in charge
I lived here for almost 2 years and moved out in October of last year. I'm giving such a low rating due to management and maintenance. Not once did I feel like I could rely on them for anything. Cindy is very condescending, shady, and rude. She will literally say anything to get you out of the office or off her back. If you're trying to get a hold of them, good luck because they do not answer emails, nor return phone calls. As for maintenance, it seemed like some of them just didn't want to do their job and would prefer being called out 5 times instead of fixing the problem the first time around.
