I had an extremely disappointing experience with Torry that I feel compelled to share. Unfortunately, I along with several other innocent individuals, have fallen victim to a scam orchestrated by him and his accomplices. Torry works closely with J White Enterprises, J White Construction, J White Business Center, Luigi’s Concrete and more, Janay White, Alex Feliciano, and together, they orchestrated a scheme to defraud investors through real estate short-term rentals and as well as their home construction company. They promised lucrative returns and a sound investment opportunity, but it turned out to be nothing more than a carefully orchestrated scam. My experience with Mr. James as a realtor has left me with a property that is essentially worthless that is now in foreclosure with an inconplete rehab. I was advised to purchase the property as is despite multiple code enforcement violations, foundation issues and more that I was unaware of until months after the fact. I was presented with inflated ARV's and inaccurate renovation budgets to convince me to purchase the property. The rehab project was supposed to be managed by Mr. James who also acted as the realtor whom I had/have no contract with. Yet I was instructed to send thousands of dollars to Mr. James or to a business account that he possibly has access to. Torry James is a FRAUD! He knowingly works for Janay White as her accountant and helps her steal from people! They are taking money from several investors like myself for hundreds of thousands of dollars. These people are thieves and need to be stopped. BOYCOTT Janay White, Torry James, and Alex Feliciano
