We recently had the pleasure of working with Torrey Pines in San Diego, and I have to say it was a fantastic experience. The entire team is incredibly professional and easy to collaborate with. In particular, the manager Jon Silva really stood out for their friendliness and dedication to making sure everything went smoothly. We truly enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch service.

I lived at 4554 Bond Street under Torrey Pines Property Management for nearly 10 years (June 2016 – October 10, 2025). In all that time, I paid rent on time every month and was a reliable. As of December 3, 2025, I still have not received my security deposit or the legally required itemized statement explaining any deductions. What makes this even more troubling is that the apartment has already been relisted on Torrey Pines’ website, advertised as available for new tenants, yet my deposit is still being held. They said the carpet will need to be replaced but I have received no photos or receipts. I am posting this review in hopes that it prompts timely and fair resolution. UPDATE: They had my address.

I've been a resident with TPPM in San Diego for 7yrs. They have beautiful properties (I've lived at 3 locations) and working with Jon Silva was always a treat. Jon has been absolutely phenomenal and always willing to help whenever I've needed. I highly recommend TPPM and Jon to anyone looking!

My company, RoomChazer, rents from many property management companies in San Diego. Our experience with Torrey Pines at the Pacific at Mission Bay Apartment complex in Pacific Beach has been one of the best. To us the most important qualities of a property management company are great communication, timely maintenance repairs, and friendly customer service. Luizanna and Silvia have been able to deliver on these 3 points in a very professionnal, timely, and friendly manner. Maintenance requests are being addressed quickly, especially important ones - our balcony started showing structural issues and the team was sent out for assessment and repairs immediately. My experience with Torrey Pines Property Management has been 10/10. Nicole, my property manager, is fabulous, responsive, caring, and compassionate towards us being humans living in a home, not just a number or a dollar. I hope everyone gets to have a property manager like Nicole. :)
