My home, 2Bed and 2bath, is completed and I am thrilled with the high quality design and fixtures. This is a gorgeous community and TRI have been excellent to work with!

We are currently building with TRI and our experience has been very good. Always good communication, photos while we are still back home in Canada. We worked closely with the developer through all stages of drawings to the construction phases. We are excited to be in our future home and would highly recommend TRI to anyone who is looking for a beautiful gated community filled with beautiful homes and wonderful people!

We are presently building in Las Lajas, Chame, with TRI We get ongoing updates, and when we were in Panama, they always invited us out to the property to watch each stage of the progress 👍 When we return to Panama in late October, (this year) we will be moving into our new house. We have loved every step of this process, and could not have found any better people to deal with. Very nice & trustworthy people When we came home this April & talked to friends about our experience, we have two groups who also went & did the same thing Highly recommend this property & builders! I am an investor and future homeowner with TRI Panama Development. I travelled to the development back in September 2021 and was impressed with the development site. Construction of the model home is currently underway and as an engineer myself, I am impressed with the level of the construction materials used and workmanship so far. Looking forward to seeing the building of the future homes,including mine, as the development progresses.

Soy un pequeño inversionista (mi esposa yo yo) que conocio este proyecto alla por 2017 y decidi entrar, luego vino Covid y todo se ralentizo, pero ahora nuestra casa esta casi lista y es una belleza, todo el desarrollo esta increible, NO hay cableado ni postes que arruinen la vista, todo es subterraneo y bien planeado
