Customer Reviews
not a good place to live. The hallways have a terrible odor, definitely not enough ventilation. Gets to the point where I gag from the smelly food and wet dog smell. Parking is a joke unless you line walking a mile. Diane lied to me (common theme) and told me there was “plenty of parking” when the tour was done midday when people were at work. It gets so bad that people park on the side of the road in unmarked spots because there’s not enough parking, and I don’t blame them at all. The snow cleaning is pretty bad too, sometimes gets dangerous. There’s a problem of people stealing others packages as well that could be solved with a simple Amazon pickup box. Maintenance is very entitled and will tell you if you leave a ticket to fix something they can enter your apartment at any time or
Yvette, wanna be manager wont let workers use toilet. I never seen such an ignorance. Completely oblivious to anyone but her own needs. Yvette will definitely will be a problematic manager and should be fired and replaced with someone decent.
I've been living in this apartment for a while now, and it has been a great experience. The property is well-maintained, the apartments are really good, and the community is nice and quiet. Diane Fein the property manager, has been polite, professional, and responsive. She ensures maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciate. It's been a positive experiences working with her, and she does a solid job keeping things running smoothly.
I have been living in Torrente since 2017 and to say the least, it has been an absolute pleasure! The serene and peaceful environment, combined with the modern amenities, makes it an amazing place to live. The community is incredibly friendly and welcoming, thanks to the dedicated management team. Diane, the property manager, has been consistently professional, efficient, and genuinely cares for the residents. I have lived in Torrente under multiple managements, but only after Diane came on board, there has been remarkable development within the community. Maintenance Requests are promptly addressed on time. Overall, I highly recommend the community to anyone looking for a peaceful and vibrant living environment.
Update: Even more months later, still no signs. Still no cones. People still park wherever. People park in front of signs with no consequences so new signs won't accomplish anything anyways. Decent apartment but don't bother paying for reserved parking. Not worth the money since they just let people park wherever they want, even if they're blocking a road.
