Topaz Retreat Apartments

I stayed out there for four years, never was late on my rent , went through 3 different property managers, On my last lease I told them I was looking to buying a house, when it came time for me to sign for my keys for home , I told them and still had a month and half left on lease, I stayed until my lease was completed, however they wanted me to pay an additional 2 months after I move out.

I give it a 2 star because of the pool quality, there was walmart bags all over the pool and the chairs were rip. The place and very quite and the grass is cut and very clean. Also the interior of the apartments are not to bad but they can do better because the rent price are high for the quality of the place and the apartments.

I want to thank the manager and the regional of this apartments I was able to deal with them both they are super professional polite, awesome and understanding they take care of the problems right away for the best of the tenants thanks so much keep up the good work this place is clean quiet I love to live here

Visited a friend here. Knew this place before management changes and before they changed their name. Almost $1300 is criminal to live here. Yes you are close to a school but these are one bedroom apartments. The fact you don't also pay for pest control and trash is concerning. Not much is changed. You may have prettied up the inside and some of the outside but this place is not a luxury.

Family friendly management staff. Mykael, Natha, Jessica, Victor just to a few I meet. Very helpful, I am definitely 💯 satisfied with my apartment. Even recommended to several of my friends. Keep the great job everyone.
