What a great experience living here. They are pet friendly, kind caring people who keep the bulding looking great and operating smoothly. Leasing staff is super efficient with very little turnover. Door and concierge / valet has a strong core team as well that is very professional and available. Engineering does repairs through an online system and communicatiomd are always efficient to tenants. The building continues to make improvements in equipment, safety and apartment upgrades which is a sign of their commitment to their tenants beyond exceptional maintenance of both common and private areas. I’ve never stayed at an apartment this long!! I’d usually start packing up before my one year lease was up because of rodents, parking issues, lack of space, or the 4 flights of stairs or stray cats or bad management but let me tell you ….. NONE OF THAT here at Topaz House! It’s been almost 2 years of soft life living; and you see that lady in the pic by the door……. Marissa!!!! She is on TOP of her game here with Ernie, Andrea, the whole front desk crew and maintenance guys - they are pure TOPAZ!!!! I have lived at Topaz House for over 4 1/2 years, and it is the best experience at an apartment complex in the DMV Metro Area! The management makes you feel at home, with great service. The front desk, maintenance, and the mail room staff are all welcoming. The rent and utilities are super reasonable, especially in Bethesda city. I am thankful for the time I have spent here!!

We spent an amazing four years at TOPAZ house, awesome location with our two teenage boys going to BCC right across the road. Ernie, Andrea, the whole front desk crew and maintenance team were awesome, we miss them already :-( and our sons miss the great banter and jokes with Ernie). Great location close to everything you will ever need, and the staff are responsive and actually care. we only left as my Tour of Duty in DC came to an end, otherwise we would still be there enjoying the roof top pool, gym, and social events. Thank you to all the team from Team Kiwi (New Zealand) we miss you Ernie and hopefully Andrea is keeping you in line. Been living at Topaz House (TH) for almost 3 yrs and loving it! Staff is friendly and responsive. Location is the best, right off the Bethesda metro stop and across from Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church and School. BCC High School is also right across, which is also our voting site. TH is pet friendly and lobby is being renovated. There's also 24/7 front desk service and valet. Pool is beautiful and never crowded; gym is great as well. Price is very reasonable for this area, which is very safe at all hours of the day. Everything is within walking distance, Bethesda Downtown, Women's Farmers Market, Starbucks, walking trails, NIH.... We couldn't be happier here!
