Topaz Apartments

I recommend this place very highly, My apartment is very spacious, and a great value. It has contemporary appliances and faucets and cabinet hardware. My ceiling fans are new, as well. In addition, there is also an in-unit stackable washer-dryer. The fireplace was a pleasant surprise, too, Patios are small, but private and cozy. Stephanie helped make the entire application process smooth, especially for me as I am somewhat tech-challenged. Also, it is located nearby to all of the medical offices and the hospital. I am truly grateful to have found my new home in San Marcos. I would encourage anyone to move to Topaz.

Unfortunately, my boyfriend and I decided on the place closer to his job in Austin but Topaz was a close runner up! If it was closer to his job, we definitely would’ve chosen it. The leasing person Stephanie was so kind and welcoming and had a smile on her face the entire time. The maintenance staff also greeted us when we were walking around the property and were so nice. The location is so great and I really enjoyed the fact that there is a built in fireplace.

I’ve been living here with my boyfriend for over a year now and I really have to say our experience here has been the best by far. We’ve only moved once and as most people, hate the process of moving so we wanted to be particular in where we’d stay. Management is communicative and friendly, and the neighborhood is also quiet and friendly! From touring to signing documents and moving in, all of it was smooth, and I highly recommend coming here if you’re still on the fence about it.

Property manager gave me a great deal on a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom. Moved in the next day after getting everything in order! Home is very spacious, maintenance comes quickly, everyone on the property is friendly, and there are many amenities! Plenty of parking spaces and quiet on property majority of the time! 10/10 would recommend topaz! Special thank you to the great maintenance team that answers work orders quickly!

So many great things to say about the staff and maintenance crew. Janel and Kayla are super responsive and very welcoming every time you go into the front office. The maintenance staff is always on top of work orders and get things done very timely. My wife and family loved some of the events they would do in the front office from time to time and everyone really made us feel like family there. The entire staff and maintenance are very professional and went above and beyond our expectations. We definitely could not have asked for a better front office and maintenance team. I would definitely recommend these apartments for the price and the amazing staff!
