Attached are photos from my move-in date in late 2024. IF YOU DON’T WANT TO READ, LOOK AT LAST PICTURE!!! *2026 UPDATE* All mail received. Had to get USPIS and Panco Administration involved to get my mail. Again, unless you are in a very tight spot… DO. NOT. MOVE. HERE!!!! **12/15/2025 UPDATE** Had to file a formal complaint with the United States Postal Investigative Service because Top of the Hill Leasing have verbally communicated to me that they ONLY forward mail when someone is due to move in our old apartment. It’s been 2 weeks, and my veterans mail, bills, etc are still there, in my old mailbox, and I cannot travel to get it. Expect this if you choose to live here. My apartment was >$1800 monthly. I can’t say enough about my experience with Top of the Hill staff and property. The process was seamless and the staff were professional, kind and friendly. Dee Dee was a gem! She was on top of everything, responded quickly and made sure my moving in process was smooth and on schedule. The entire staff is always warm and welcoming. I’m always greeted with smiles and compliments. The property is well maintained and the maintenance crew responds to repair request quickly and effectively. I’m so happy I found the perfect place for me and my kids.

I had a wonderful experience with Top of the Hill Apartments. The property managers were absolutely amazing, friendly, responsive, and professional from start to finish. The application process was smooth and stress-free, and the property itself is beautiful and well-maintained. There are so many great amenities. The pool even has a lifeguard, which is such a nice touch. Dee Dee was especially kind and accommodating, even making some changes I requested after signing my lease. That level of care and flexibility really meant a lot. I’m so glad I chose this community and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and welcoming place to live.

I had an amazing experience renting from Panko management at top of the hill apartments. The apartments are spacious up-to-date amenities. You’re gonna love the patio or balcony. My favorite amenity was the pool, but let’s not forget about the gym the Amazon lockers, the beautiful car washing station and the two hiking trails. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Also close to Highway 95 and 495. The maintenance is amazing. They come right away if you have a problem, Amber, Carter, Sasha everybody is just amazing in the office. The whole staff is always friendly very professional.

You know it’s a good place when I’ve chosen to renew my lease, time and time again. I’ve been living here for five years with a great experience. The grounds are pretty and well maintained. There’s a playground for kids, tennis courts, and a nice swimming pool. Packages very rarely get stolen because most are delivered to the secure Amazon hub. But the most notable things are the office staff and maintenance team! The office ladies (especially Amber and Kerlene) are kind and efficient. The maintenance workers are top notch and service requests are fulfilled extremely quickly. I’ve been here for years and they are professional and respectful every time. Rent is a little high but it is pretty much everywhere these days and at least here I know the management is good.
