Top Care Management

Going on three years now with top care management and let me just say this is one of the best housing companies I’ve experienced!! Sheindy is not only understanding of the tenants chaotic lives but she responds in a timely manner, answering any questions had. As for maintenance, they are also very responsive as well. As a first time New Yorker I will say this management has made NY feel like home! My cat is a first time NYer as well and feels right at home :)

Sheindy has been my apartment manager for over a year now, and she is by far the best I've ever had. Sheindy is attentive, kind, and flexible. Whenever there is a maintenance issue, she has a team of professionals who come to the apartment right away. When I was locked out during non-active office hours, I called a locksmith and paid out-of-pocket, but I was confident I could come to Sheindy the next day. She moved quickly to advocate for me and helped me get rent credit as compensation. I can't recommend Sheindy as an apartment manager enough.

Our apartment was not up to code. When our heat stopped working in the middle of winter (did I mention my bedroom never had any heat to begin with?) they brought us cheap space heaters, which shorted out after ten minutes of use. The apartment had no ventilation and when there was inevitable mold they covered the whole bathroom with the messiest grout job I've ever seen, it felt more like a punishment than a fix. They were extremely hostile when I brought up the fact that the apartment was not up to code and suggested a lower rent. My cat developed asthma while living there. No laundry on the premises, though there was plenty of space for it in the basement, but the basement was unused and full of rats. Frequent citations from the city regarding the trash outside, unclear if they ever did

Sheindy is the best. She managed our relationship for 2+ years and was a breath of fresh air compared to prior landlords. Paul, our building super, was also incredibly responsive and helpful as needed.

We lived in a Top Care Management apartment for over a year. Sheindy was responsive, understanding, and efficient every time we needed her assistance. We would recommend their services to everyone we know. Thank you, Sheindy!
