I've been a resident at Tonti for over 3 years, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The apartments themselves are great — comfortable, and well-maintained. What truly sets Tonti apart is the community and the people who work here. All the staff are incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help. Maintenance is also excellent — they respond quickly to requests, keep us updated on progress, and always leave everything in great condition. I really appreciate their attention to detail and how seamless they make the process. I recently upgraded my unit within Tonti because I love living here so much. Update: I enjoyed living here minus my very big concern of faulty gate security. The lake walk is beautiful and surrounding shopping areas were a big benefit. The lights and water always worked, even during the big winter storm in January. No bugs however, there were often wasps that found their way in. Generally peaceful area. Trash valet was convenient though the dumster was quite literally a 30 second walking distance away. Parking spots were abundant but a bit tight. You could expect a sense of community here amongst neighbors. Tenants tend to roam or somewhat monitor the area regularly, not invasively but in a way that youll know youll be rather safe as someone has their eye out. (2 of 2 reviews!!) I have covered parking! I have a washer and dryer and plenty of cabinets for my belongings. I live on the third floor and love the vaulted ceiling, the window treatments, the BIG balcony; but I must mention the small, yet so important things like the deep kitchen duo sink and sprayer surrounded by lovely marble counter tops. The bathroom is large and the soap dispenser has a funnel like action to drain the water from your soap. They could have used common toilet paper holders; but chose decorative ones. Get this! I just put mt recycle bag and trash bin outside before 8pm and they pick it up! Yes, there is a wonderful lake with ducks, turtles, geese and a nice walkway with benches and Gazebos to enjoy. We are delighted with our apartment. It’s a place that transmits peace and gives a lot of tranquility. The view from our balcony is incredible. The people are very kind and respectful.
