Beautiful renovated space with updated finishes and a clean, modern feel. The upgrades really make a difference. Highly recommend!

I have been living in apartment B6A at Tomlinson, and the conditions here are unacceptable. The ceiling in my unit is collapsing due to severe humidity, which has also caused the carpet to become completely soaked and left the apartment with a terrible odor. This is not the first time this issue has happened, especially in the bathroom area. What is most frustrating is that management never addresses these serious problems, despite multiple complaints. Yet, whenever residents make even the smallest mistake, the first response is that we will be fined. The apartments are not being maintained properly and are far from livable. I cannot recommend living here until management takes responsibility and resolves these ongoing issues.
