His communication from the start was better than expected, and to me, communication is a huge deal. He kept us updated every step of the way and was always there to answer our questions. We also felt like we got a good rate and closing costs on our loan, which is obviously important too. I don't often leave reviews, but this one felt warranted. Highly recommend. 5 stars. 11/10.
