Highly recommend Tom Fredo Builders. I purchased a house in 2006 that was built by Tom Fredo Builders in the late eighties. Its really been an amazing house and our family just loved living there. Well built and has held up with the test of time. Additionally, Tom has provided us contractor support in a variety of projects such as a home edition. He recently used his resources to lift some huge trees and tree trunks out of the stream on our property. Thanks Tom Fredo Builders !

Tom Fredo is a one of a kind guy and a second generation builder like his dad. He is very generous with his knowledge and expertise. I worked with Tom for almost a year during a major renovation of my business. I also loved loved loved the contractors that he referred me to. My project came out better than I could have imagined. And I still call him for advice from time to time. Tom is a top notch builder that loves to build locally and knows his community well. He is a good communicator and always made me feel comfortable that he was giving me great ideas and advice.

Tom Fredo and his team are the best around! You feel like you are working with someone you can 100% trust and he treats you as if you were his family. Tom build our 5000 square-foot custom home and detached garage in North Granby. The site offered a beautiful view of the valley but was challenging due to an abundance of ledge that needed to be blasted and moved. Tom managed the site preparation personally and did a wonderful job. During the construction of the house he made several suggestions that made the house more useable and more energy efficient. He is a man of his word and works hard to earn his reputation as a reliable and accommodating builder. We became friends during the build and remain friends to this date.
