Toluca Court

This is a nice place. It has all the amenities you typically need, except maybe a pool, but there is a small 'spa' that is basically a mini pool/jacuzzi. The biggest issue I've experienced since living here is difficulty contacting management, but the owners have recently made some solid improvements in that area. Recently, all calls and concerns I've had have been answered very quickly. Maintenance is ok, sometimes it takes a few weeks to get an issue fixed, but I've never really had any major issues. The people who work here also work at at least one or two other properties nearby that are owned by the same company, so even though they're not always here all day, they are usually here at some point doing something most days. Terrible communication from building managers. You will never hear from them regarding issues, overcharging for water with no explanation. We have reached out to the office weekly for multiple months but have not had a single response. Over 10+ emails unanswered. There has now been multiple attempted break-ins with 0 response from management team. Unsafe building and the worst management!

Nightmare experience. No communication or support. No on site manager. Mysterious charges with no explanation. I have sent countless emails and called the office multiple times. They “take my message” and then I never hear back again. I’m forced to explain the same issues over and over again.

Beautiful apartment complex with many amenities in lovely Toluca Lake. Excellent management, security, and maintenance. Quiet, pet-friendly, grills, jacuzzi, glasses shower-tub combo, burglar alarm in unit, fitness center, balconies, in-unit laundries, courtyard, roof-top common areas, subterranean parking, shared library, gated complex, antenna outlets in bedroom and living room.

This place is great. Toyia gave us a nice tour and the apartments and facilities are beautiful. I don’t know why people are having trouble with the tour, call when you arrive.
