AWFUL!!! DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! You will pay a fortune for nothing!!!! they don't cover anything at all!!! Don't be fooled by their promises of marque signs to help promote your business either because THEY NEVER FOLLOW THROUGH!!!! Not to mention they will offer new people discounts on rent while the owners who have been in their complexes for 20 to 30 years get NOTHING!!!!! go ahead go into any business and ask them what they think of these scumbags!!!
