Toll Brothers

This review is a follow-up to Mr. Amjad Nizar's 1 star review of Toll Brothers. I totally agree with him. I did a similar 1-star review of Toll Brothers on Google Map (a strange place to leave reviews) back two years ago. I talked to a lot of neighbors in my complex of 500+ Toll Brothers homes in Reno; they all have carpets bumps due to carpet not even stretched at all, just put down. For my home, there are the following issues, grouped randomly: 1. Also serious carpet bumps (I had to hire people to re-stretch with all furniture already in, cost over $1000), wrong carpet color (I ordered light blue, I got brown), really cheap/thin carpet than what was shown to me; so much so that carpet nails all around the home cut into people, especially on the steps to upstairs and from carpet to room

If you are looking to buy a new home that is impeccably built and comes with some of the most impressive services and warranty provisions I've ever seen. Then you are looking for toll brothers, I promise. I've seen a lot of builders promise the world before you sign and then after you do, they forget your phone #. These guys are legit, all the way. From introtuction through the entire build and top notch support after. It's refreshing and inspiring, toll brothers in northern nv is the builder other builders aspire to. If you don't believe it, go take a look for yourself... You will be impressed. The next thing you know you'll be the one singing their praise online just like I am! Cheers and good times to you!
