5 years after building with them and we still hiring people to fix the crap this builder did in our home. Is a miracle this house haven’t fall down on us. Do yourself a favor and GO ELSEWHERE. Their customer service is awful, the quality of the materials is the cheapest contractor they can find. Message me and I can tell you more about it. Don’t believe their customer service, they will tell you “it is like that”, and they will never repair anything.

I have built two houses with Toll Brothers in the last three years and two with other builders over the past eight years, and my experience with Toll Brothers has been outstanding. Roof leaking after just 4 years. Never had this experience from 2 previous homes that were built by local builders.

We expect some inputs from the design studio consultants but they are of minnimal help. We had to pay hundreds of $ just to get an extra outlet and a switch. Major concern was the kitchen pantry outlet, not knowing where the door for the pantry comes we placed the outlet. Now the outlet is towards the door and all the racks are on the other side. I felt the consultants from the design center atleast should have suggested us on this. Now the outlet I have is of no use. We realized that the placement we picked was wrong as soon as the doors were installed but toll ignored to change it as we picked the spot. It's very dissaponting I feel the consultants should be more knowledgeable and aware of the design and give suggestions to the home owners as needed.

Toll Brothers changed my flooring pick months after design picks were secured due to an availability issue with COREtec. Which I understand happens and had no problem with. What they did not do was ask if I wanted to repick the wood stair stain to match the new flooring vs what was picked for the old flooring. Now the stairs with the new flooring look awful. Nicole at the design studio hasn’t cared to help find a solution, told me to deal with it and good luck getting it changed. I guess customer service is NOT taught at Toll Brothers. It’s a shame cause the builders who are working hard to build a quality home are effected by a rude and careless design studio.
