Toll Brothers at Westshore

The customer care contact form should be titled the don't care form. No one will reply to homeowner concerns. Don't drive through here and expect to have zero flat tires (we have had 4 in 5 months). The new construction sites are poorly kept and there are nails, screws and various shards of metal on the roads. The broken sewer covers will rip your tire apart. The irrigation system is not not working or has been shut off and now the grass and shrubs are dying. Many homeowners have been waiting SIX months for their punch work to be completed. The drywall work is very poor. Once you move in, they are done with you.

I am an owner ..within 15months living, kitchen sink is off the placement and fell off. When we check with the builder they say it’s out warranty to fix but this shows their Poor construction standards usually sink displacement is not usual thing and also not a cosmetic thing to ignore. It’s purely their poor construction and we are screwed completely and don’t trust toll brothers construction ever again. Hope this helps atleast couple people further!!!

I've read many reviews claiming that Toll Brothers is a top-tier builder, known for maintaining high construction standards, albeit charging 20-25% more compared to typical builders. However, my experience at West Shore has been quite the opposite. The construction quality is poor at best—broken windows, cracks in the slab foundation, nails sticking out everywhere, and homes packed tightly like shoe boxes.

The Sales agent in there is very rude. she is not welcoming. and her pitch is rude almost sounded like we went there to disturb her time. She doesn't provide proper information and lied to us when we asked if there are any home sites available. She said ' I don't have any home sites available to sell you.' But when I looked up online I see 9 HOMESITES ARE AVAILABLE. What is even point of having a sales agent who is not willing to do sales..
