The experience I received from Toll Brothers exceeded that of other builders I've visited. From what I've seen so far, they corrected contractors and worked in my best interest so they can have a good unit to deliver/close. I would urge potential buyers to compare the quality and material vs competitors. In terms of the entire community, we enjoy the access to the river/trail (especially as the Delaware River Trail continues to extend), access to I-95, street parking for guests (toward Beach Street), and our future rooftop to entertain. However, I'm slightly concerned about parking within the community due to the density of homes. Looking forward to see what they do with Phase 2 and the retail area.
