Sharp Residential built the home we own. We are second owners. They praise themselves on quality...$30000 hole later to discover they don't build to code and the quality aspect of the sewer tie in speaks for itself. Instead of installing a code required 6 inch clean out at the main they just shoved the 4 inch pipe into the 6 inch...wow...just wow!!! The pipe is filled solid from the gap.
Caroline Gryder and Dia were AMAZING! Tastefully done townhome that you can customize to make it your own space. Highly recommend this community!!! The sales team pay attention to your EVERY need!
Absolutely love this neighborhood!
