Honestly don’t know where to start . From hidden fees in lease of trash being charged twice because they have front door pick up charge and a charge for actual trash bin on property . Washer dryer additional 60 a month please take all this into consideration of leasing prices. When we moved in everything fell apart from dish washer to water heater bathroom barely hanging on had to add and make do . The gym is just for show nothing works and if it does you have 2 days max and a whole trick operation of switches to flip before hoping on a treadmill . They take their time on everything I mean the original emergency line number we had now rings to a spa service . Our lease is up in a few months, I was going to wait but I figured I’d give my two sense after living here about a year. Had problems from day 1. They showed us a very nice apartment, and when it came time to move in our apartment we were in was not nice like that one. Neither of the showers worked, and the heads leaked. Next, the fridge started leaking, then the washer/dryer went out. Tried to charge us for the month we couldn’t even use it. Then our 2nd shower leaked into our downstairs neighbors apartment, which had people come in and fix it and they left a happing hole on the wall (I have cats) and had to fight with them to get someone out immediately to patch the hole. Then our closet completely fell out of the wall and broke some of our stuff. That took almost two weeks to get to. Th
