Todd was recommended by our realestate agent and he handled our daughter's mortgage needs. Being a first time home buyer in a new city & state, Todd made me feel comfortable with his knowledge of the area and the financial services available to me. Never going through this process before, Todd helped me make the correct choices, answered my questions and guided me with respect. A great man to work with and I would highly recommend him to my family and friends.

Todd was a great help to my wife and I during the home-buying process. We both work full-time and have 4 children, so efficiency was a big consideration for us. Todd knows the market and the process well and was very efficient in getting us to a good mortgage with a very good rate. On the personal side, he even made a few "house calls" to pick up or drop off paperwork, which helped keep things moving at the pace we needed (we went under contract in December and wanted to close by end-of-year...which we did!). Todd is a fantastic mortgage broker. I've actually worked with several different brokers over the years. Todd by far stands out as a one of the best. He knows the business extremely well, can find you some of the best deals around, is very honest and can explain your different options in a straightforward manner. He was actually able to get me a loan with a major bank that was several thousand less in fees than what they offered when I talked to them directly. If you want someone that you can trust then you should consider working with Todd. I definitely will when I have a need for his services in the future.

Todd and his team at Capstar are the best in the business. I used Todd to buy my first house in 2010 and I got outstanding service. Everything was prompt and Todd was very helpful throughout the process. The service was so great that I went back to Todd in 2011 to refinance my mortgage to and again in 2013 to buy my 2nd house. The transaction on the 2nd house could not have happened any faster. All of my friends and family were completely amazed that I was able to close on the house so quickly.
