My wife and I recently purchased our home through Todd and Deena. It was our first time purchasing a home and they were incredibly helpful. Walking us through what to look for, assisting us with the MLS we had to use, advising us on ideal negotiating options and ensuring that the house we chose was the house that was best for us. We ended up making a purchase on the third offer and throughout that there was plenty of patience and affirmation that the process has its ups and downs, but now that it's behind us it felt like clear stepping stones to our goal and not a paved line to a predetermined location. Deena and Todd were fantastic! We listed our home with Deena and Todd, in May 2025. We met with several realtors and determined that they offered similar services for a reduced commission rate. Todd and Deena had a great team that assisted with this process as well. They had an awesome photographer and the title company was great to work with too. It was pretty seamless. I would recommend this team as we saved a bundle working with them. As a former realtor myself, I knew what we would need to do to get the home in selling condition. (Declutter, updating, home staging etc, so I didn't need help with that.) However, they offered suggestions with this if needed.
