TK Realty made the everything about the home buying process seem so easy. Tyler answered all of our questions from prior to getting pre-approved to even now after closing. He remained in contact with the sellers and their realtor and inspectors. He kept us in the loop when things were happening so we were aware. Kim was great as well- we were able to close in Syracuse at their office and she did a great job at explaining each document and why they were important. Tyler and Kim are friendly and care about their clients. Should we ever sell our house and buy another, we plan to use them again.
