Update 9/4/20 Our floors were finally fixed in late July. Our patio door part that was needed to fix that issue is in now in(but we weren't told that by TK). My husband just got a call from the company that they were "10 minutes out" to fix our door. We had no idea the part was even in or that there was even an appointment for the repair. Thanks Dave Schroeder, you communication is terrible!! I can't wait until TK is forever out of our lives. Update 07/14/2020: Almost 3 months in, and none of our issues have been fixed. Just following up. We have been in our TK Home now for just over 1 month. Our master bathroom floor is still bubbled. Our Laminate flooring was put in to tight and is not able to move and causes numerous humps in the floor, and our patio door is still not fixed

We moved into our Beaumont home in 2012. We discovered mold in our attic about a year after. TK has a couple of guys come and treat it once, then they cleaned their hands of it saying they’ve done their part and have built it to code. No new home should have mold. The lack of ownership, follow-up , and care was so disappointing. We are still treating the attic to this day.

TK is the worst company I ever dealt with. I decided to build a new construction. I shopped around and found out the TK Constructors was the most affordable one. I decided to sign with them forgetting the saying that "You get what you pay for". From the beginning they were horrible, unfriendly, unethical and unprofessional. The salesperson in the Saint Leon Model Center basically never greeted me in the hundred emails and texts we exchanged. TK made some false advertisements in their websites about getting permits for their customers and they put the opposite in the contract. I confronted them, they edited and updated the wording on their website (I have the screenshots of both websites. We moved into our home in December of 2018 and our basement has flooded 3 times and today was the last straw. I never write reviews but when you build a house there a certain expectations that you have. I will never build with them again.

Not good couldn't get info I bought a 5 year old house ,but I really wanted to build but the lackadaisical attitude and in ability to talk price, I felt like I was about to do the dumbest thing I ever done ,so I walked.
