Terrible company. Does not respond to any requests. Maintenance is non existent. Our roof leaked every six months, nothing was ever done. They sold our complex without even telling the tenants. 100% stay away. They’re no better than slumlords.

doesn’t tell you the status of your application for a month or two because they think they can find a better tenant and then when they tell finally tell you not approved, asked if i can include a co-signer and it’s “no don’t even submit it we moved on” basically good luck with your tax time ballers i’ll see you guys on the other side when it’s right back up for rent

Maintenance is horrible with communicating- with myself and each other. That is the reason for my 3-star review. Below are my other remarks. I am renting from a multi-family home and the process has been quite easy. I've been working with Leasing Agent Blakely Brooks and she is wonderful; replies quickly and has the answer to everything. I love that everything is electronic. I can view my lease agreement, upload my renter's insurance policy, make my monthly payments, etc. on their online portal. The property is overall poorly managed. HUGE potholes in the driveway and the landscaping is atrocious. I really wish they would provide better upkeep. My only major suggestion to them is that instead of using one universal lease agreement, they make another one that is specific to individuals

Do not rent a property "managed" by this company. Absolutely horrible experience.

I rented from TJMG properties from 4/1/16-9/20-19. Promises were made about the building being kept clean and it didn’t happen. When I called to get the hallway cleaned it took weeks most times to get done if at all. I had 4 people live above me during my time there each worse then the one before with noise, trash and leaks to my apartment. The staff was of little to no assistance and they often had flooding (sewage) at the front entrance, leaving behind toilet paper and such from the flooding. The place went down hill quickly and my rent was increased even but no upgrades or changes. If I could give no stars I would. I left this apartment in excellent condition and had a witness to that. But TJMG properties saw fit to withhold my security for 1 year without reaching out even though they h
