David was fast, efficient, and friendly! Kista was amazing as well!!

We were assigned Lauren Weeb. Very unprofessional. Was very rude to us when we had to get a few things done before closing. Proceeded to keep the same attitude with us the rest of the time. On our closing day she was out of town and told us we would have to wait until the next day for our keys which was fine. Next day came not a peep from Lauren. Two days later we are still attempting to get keys and finally we were told that keys were at title one. We called no keys were to be found. At the end of the day she finally told us keys were lost. She had no ideas where they were. She was very unprofessional towards us and we will not be using title one again.

Ive closed two different houses at Title One and it was a good experience both times. Plus, when I needed some documentation about a year after the last one, they were happy to find what I needed and send it to me quickly! Im sure that Ill use Title One again next time as well.

We recently were under contract to sell a home and the buyer fell through out of option period. We have waited over a month and a half for the earnest money to be released. We were told to pick up the check today and were greeted by rude and snarky comments. We arrive to find out that we can’t have our earnest money as defined by the contract and state law because the buyer has an unpaid invoice on his name and can’t find any clarification on the matter. Never have I ever dealt with such an unprofessional and unhelpful Title company. My advice: go anywhere else.
