Avoid Title One. The communication before closing was already bad regarding setting up escrow and insurance, thankfully we knew to do it from the last time we did it. 5 months after closing we find out that the Title Agency's filing with the County Auditor was completely messed up and had the previous owner listed as the current owner, causing a whole slew of issues with taxes and other accounts. Horrible.
