We just recently closed on a For Sale By Owner. There were six siblings and a lot of moving parts. No idea where to start. We reached out to Tahir Noohani, and his company, Title Now LLC. From start to finish Tahir and his excellent team walked us through all the steps. Evan Kohn was in charge of our closing and was extremely professional and helpful. He worked with our buyer in completing the purchase agreement, set up the closing dates, sent over the notary, and just handled everything. Not one issue. We were all very pleased!
