Title Depot

The experience began well but ended with the Owner, Carrie mailing the keys to the purchased property in standard mail. After a few contacts regarding the whereabouts of the keys and a week later the keys still did not arrive. (The distance from my location from Title Depot is about two hours.) The owner left me a message, that if I had the keys reproduced through a locksmith that she would reimburse me for the cost. I did so the same day, sent over the invoice and was never reimbursed. About two weeks later I received a damaged (standard) envelope without the keys in the mail. I submitted then picture to Carrie and she stated all she could do was apologize.

I’ve been using Title Depot for well over ten years and they’ve always taken great care of me. The staff is knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. Closings are smooth and handled professionally every time. It’s a place I can count on, and that consistency is why I keep coming back.

Carrie was fantastic. Organized, thorough, personable, and efficient. Having been to another company for another home recently I can easily say Carrie was far and away the best. We will return for all future transactions.

Don't let the address fool you, as closing companies go, there is none better in the GNO area. Carrie will treat you right, quickly and efficiently, going the extra mile. Forget those big outfits nearby (cough, Crescent Title, cough, cough) and discover what personal service looks like.

The ladies here were very accommodating to our schedule for our closing and helped to facilitate the transition in to our forever home as seamlessly as possible. Highly recommend to any one looking for title company. Thanks
