If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I’ve lived at Rosemont Peachtree Corners for almost 3 years and this will definitely be my last. What seems to be the issue? Well let’s start with my list. From the start, management rushed us into an apartment that had multiple serious issues: mold concerns, bugs at times, improper piping connected to the hot water tank, and ongoing maintenance problems that were never properly resolved. One of the biggest safety concerns is our porch, which is rotten, cracked, and structurally unsafe. This issue has been reported multiple times and is still ignored. After Code Enforcement became involved due to these unresolved issues, management suddenly sent us an eviction notice, despite us already informing them that payment would be made. I lived at Rosemont Chamblee for 3 years, never missed a rent payment, and was even offered incentives to stay — clear proof that I was a good tenant. Despite that, they kept my $250 deposit, added unfair charges, and sent the balance to collections. Maintenance issues were constant, including a ceiling stain from a water leak that was never repaired. They also charge for every small item after move-out, ignoring Georgia’s laws on normal wear and tear. I warn everyone — please don’t rent here! You’ll be disappointed.

Oh what do ya know, another corporate greed bs company taking full advantage of the common man. Fees upon fees - I have to give them credit for the creativity when thinking up new ridiculous fees to charge each tenant. For a single month of rent, there were ELEVEN different fees tacked on to my monthly rent - almost double what was promised during my lease signing. A fee to pay fees? you betcha. These greedy corporations desperately need more government regulation. Why do we let them get away with this???

Review for property managed by Titan Corp (Rosemont Apartments Clermont, FL). No response from Titan Corp still --- I do not recommend anyone move to this community until the Leasing Office staff take responsibility and are held accountable for the UNACCEPTABLE state our unit was in for our move-in at the end of August. Office personnel did not verify that all repairs were complete or that cleaning was done satisfactorily. They didn't even walk the unit prior to our move-in, and have yet to step foot in my unit to see the issues we were left with dealing at move-in. I have had several good experiences with the maintenance people here at my apartment complex. Every time I have had a maintenance request, they have come and fixed the problem, especially on my most recent issue. I had no running water coming out of my bathroom tub faucet and the valves were broken and needed replacing. Tyler, the maintenance lady, came in and fixed my tub faucet and valves along with the other apartment issues I needed. I appreciate her hard work and professionalism each time. She is truly dedicated to her job and has a positive attitude to match.
