Titan Property Management

I've been in the West Street Townhomes managed by Titan since February. The property itself is lovely, though dated. Like many rental "communities," there is a constant aroma of marijuana and a lot of evening activities that the windows don't block, but it's an ok neighborhood. Titan's maintenance staff is generally responsive, but also generally does a halfway repair that results in further issues. For example, they "repaired" my folding laundry closet door, first by attempting to replace the pin with one that didn't fit, using duct tape to hold it. They then replaced the door with one that does not match and did not paint it. It started falling out again and broke since the problem is the TRACK, not the door. They've been out 4-5 times to "fix" the door, always with temporary fixes

Helpful, Smooth, and a Great Place to Call Home! I recently moved into a Titan Property and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was incredibly smooth and well-organized. What really stood out to me was the on-site support, it was not only unexpected but also incredibly helpful, making the transition into my new home feel effortless. The property is well-maintained, and everything has been designed to make residents feel comfortable and cared for. Communication with the management team has been easy and responsive, which is such a relief during a move.

I’ve been renting with titan since early November. I have enjoyed my stay and just resigned my lease with them! Maintenance has been (for me) prompt to take care of the issues I’ve had so far. Responses from management aren’t as rapid as preferred, but they always do end up getting back within a few days. The apartment I moved into was not as clean as I would have liked, but overall very minor things that didn’t take long for me to clean up myself. A new paint job on the walls would have really nice upon move in, but every qualm I’ve had has been super minor! Overall, I’ve been super pleased with my stay. I moved back to a wonderful neighborhood I grew up in under previous owners. They were amazing. Then life happened and sadly things shifted. Thankfully Titan stepped in and is bringing back a wonderful place to raise my children and call home. It has taken some time and they have worked diligently. This place has such charm. I have been with Titan for about 4 yrs now and maintenance is always quick to respond as Well as Betty, Arika and the leasing and management team ;they are always professional, helpful and reasonable as well as quick to respond. I appreciate that even under construction they maintain a safe and lovely place to live. I have had a wonderful 4 years and look forward to these new improvements and additions in process. Renters beware!!!! Maintenance started a fire my apartment when I was not home. I called about a broken heater. They came by, turned it on and left. (I told them it was broken. Why did they turn it on?) When I came home, I saw this. The heater had burned off of the wall Continued burning until it burned through the carpet. The only reason it stopped burning is because the breakers went out. The breakers are also located in my neighbor’s basement. I have no access to at all. All my food went bad because I called maintenance to flip the breaker and they flipped the wrong one!(I was out of town) It’s also too cold in that apartment and they don’t care. There’s no heating in the bathroom at all! It’s freezing in the winter. The worst tenant service ever!!!! They give you $20 off your rent if
