Buying a home is never easy, there are so many steps, legal documents, paper works and down right time to find a good place. Thanks to Tina and Peter Nguyen, we were able to have a very decent analysis on the homes and the loan types. More than the administrative work, Tina and Peter were on our side (agents tend to up the price so they get a fatter commission but not these guys) and worked very hard so that we get the best deal.
