Timberwood Apartments

Sooooo worn down. Ritted wood and stairs everywhere. This apartment HAS HORRIBLE NEW MANAGEMENT. THEY ARE THEY WORST. THEY ARE KICKING ALL THE SEC 8 ELDERLY PEOPLE OUT AND GIVING THEM 30 TO FIND A PLACE AND MOVE. WHEN ASKING THE MANAGEMENT WHT THEY SAID "BECAUSE THEY SAID" I WOULD NOT STAY AT HERE WITH THIS HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. SO INCONSIDERATE OF THE TENTS. SOME HAVE BEEN HERE 30 YEARS. SOOOO MEAN AND CRUEL.

Don't recommend this place at all!You will end up in a bad condition apartment most likely.Everytime I go to take out the trash there's always mattresses/couches and a carpet thrown out every couple of weeks covered with bugs.That's why "pest control"show up every two weeks to do basically nothing even when they ask about the condition and you tell them.Like they know there's problems in apartment complex and just "pretend"they're doing something about it just for show.Had these people get inside my place before and didn't even knock or announce themselves when was outside/inside and I checked to see one of them were playing on their phone.They barge in like if they live there and sometimes the manager is there for no reason just check up on what's someone's doing.Another time one person a

I have lived here for a little over 2 years and I have had no issues. And when I do have any problems maintenance is there to fix whatever it is I need. They have a pretty nice pool that the guys work really hard to keep it clean and chemicals in it and everything.. I love living here!!! Anytime I have had to go talk to the manager she's been very friendly and has worked with me any way that she can!!

I've been living at Timberwood for the past two years, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I toured the property, the management team was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Move-in was seamless, and any minor issues I had were addressed immediately. Sonya is the greatest!!! My apartment does not have pests wish it was a little bigger because I wfh but it’s fine. I don’t have many maintenance problems but when I do it’s handled sometimes the same day!! I highly recommend Timberwood to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free place to call home!

They'll lose your money order and get a collections agency on you. Won't even tell you they lost the money order while youre there, they'll wait until years later so you won't have your stubs again. This place is ridiculous. There were roaches when I moved into my apartment, but not when I moved out. If you don't give a 30 days notice, even if you turn your keys in, they'll double charge you when they report it to the collections agency, so even when rent was 500/month, your collections are automatically over $1000.
