Timberwalk Apartments

Stay away from Timberwalk apartments! This place is a breeding ground for thousands of German cockroaches and mold. I did finish my lease back in July of 2025, left the place clean and in the same condition as to when I moved in. Management confirmed that my deposit will be returned minus the cleaning fee which is standard, but until today Dec 2025, they have not returned the deposit. Management will not pick up your call or if you get lucky and someone picks up, they will provide you a run around and empty promises regarding your deposit return. The city of Houston health department should close this apartment complex down due to health concern.

I strongly urge anyone considering Timberwalk Apartments to read reviews on Google, Yelp, Apartments.com, everywhere before even thinking about moving here.RATS/ROACHES/MOLD INFESTATION STRUCTURE ISSUES AND ELECTRIC ISSUES SEWAGE FLOODS ETC.! From the moment I moved in, this apartment has been uninhabitable. I have dealt with rats, roaches, mold, sewage issues, flooding, and serious structural problems. These are not minor inconveniences, they are health and safety hazards that no tenant should be forced to live with. Instead of fixing these issues, management retaliates against tenants who speak up. I have been harassed and repeatedly issued bogus lease violations, clearly meant to intimidate and push me out. One example: I was cited for a “cluttered porch,” even though my porch is lite

The only reason I give it three stars is because no matter how much roach prevention and poison I do, I can’t get rid of the roach issues. They are dropping babies and eggs everywhere and come from behind the canniest and walls and sinks in the rest room and kitchen. If this issues was resolved I would give 5. The walls are infested with roaches.

I called to inquire about renting an apartment, and Angel and Jude were incredibly helpful! They took the time to go over every detail thoroughly and made sure all of my questions were answered. Their professionalism and friendliness made the process so much easier. Highly recommend working with them!

Recently went into the office to ask about getting a place to stay here. Very pretty complex with super helpful staff. I worked with Jude she was super sweet and easy to work with. Also love her blue hair. Overall awesome complex with great staff.
