Timbers

I had a previous rating but from when I first moved in, and it didn’t have a comment, so I deleted it to post this review. Me and my wife just moved out after 3 years at Timbers and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there! I especially loved the clubhouse, the gym and the alum creek trail, as well as all the food trucks they would have stop by. We’ve always had positive interactions with Jonathan and Daliya and maintenance requests were always fulfilled immediately. It’s a great community in a great location and we will definitely miss living there. Thank you for everything!

Went to view a 3 bedroom unit and Faizon was showing the apartment. As we arrived at the apartment, Faizon realized the maintenance team was working in the apartment. He wouldn’t open the door or try and contact the team to let us in. It was the most bizarre experience because after a few minutes, Faizon just started walking away and didn’t say anything. I asked if he had another unit to show. He just mumbled some illegible words and continued walking. Then I asked if he wanted to reschedule. The mumbling and grunts of non words continued. Never got to see the apartment and never heard back. I can’t believe this is how an organization would want to be represented to the public. It isn’t his fault he doesn’t know how to communicate or display professionalism. It is the team that hired him

Alex was amazing! I thought it would be a lot more difficult. The whole process was seamless. We are very happy!

Our move in was good! Obviously hard with all the stairs, but we knew what to expect in that regard! The leasing agent we worked with has been so sweet and very responsive! We’ve been to the pool several times, and the other residents seem like good people, and have been respectful. The only negative I would add, would be, when we moved in yesterday… the carpets seemed swept.. but not clean? There was hair wads and dust in the corners.. and we found Bobby pins, Christmas bulb wire hanger things, hair bows,… even a needle, in the carpet? All kinda of stuff. Kind of nasty, I figured the carpet would have been replaced after the previous tenant but that wasn’t the case. The only other thing I would say is the trash can we were given was all dirty… the previous tenants trash residue and gunk w

We were treated very well, given a wonderful tour of an apartment and all of our questions were answered. thank you!
