Timbers Edge Apartments

The apartment units are nice, and the community is fairly quiet. It just seems the leasing office/staff iis non existent, so once you have their attention be sure to get everything you need.

This was the best move for me and my family. I can come home with ease and when I have a question Derek and his team are the absolute best! If you want to call this place home DO IT!!! From the app process to move in has been a very pleasant and trusting experience.

It is horrible to live here honestly 0 recommended 0 communication 0 enpathy the maintenance is total garbage I had an accident here my apartment flooded completely and according to me I was the one at fault and now I am even paying for the damages when it was just an accident they moved my apartment a week and a half later the property is -10 on security today 10-1-25 my truck was stolen I emailed them went to the office twice to check the cameras and it was locked at 2pm the officer told the manager what was going on and 0 enpathy I tried to break the contract early and when I checked my contract it cost me double the rent to get out honestly I do not recommend it at all. I've had problems with my air conditioning, with my washing machine, in my two bathrooms only one works, I had to put

I am so appreciative Since new management had taken over. I am so thankful for the staff. Derek and his Team have done more in the last 2-3 months then in the last 2 years since we have been here. The consistent updates from Juliana to the great Matinance we have met so far. I am grateful for their haste in getting things done at Timbers Edge Apartment.

I just moved in a month ago and the office is quick to solve your issues. Debbie and Brenda are really nice and professional!
