Timbers Edge Apartments

The only thing I like about these apts is the social services coordinator in the office Ms. Misty! She’s so sweet, kind, and very helpful with many different resources even personal matters! Her door is always open even if you just need someone to talk!!

My original review was removed. Extremely rude office manager and super immature. Had issues with my apartment and she didn’t help resolve anything, instead threw a fit and threatened to call the police on me for absolutely no reason. I told her go right ahead, I then called her manager and he was able to resolve the issue in a professional manner. Apartments are old, out dated, major issues but you get what you pay for. I’m glad I don’t live there any longer.

Ms.misty is great at her job being the social services coordinator. My son loves her he goes to see her everyday. She is a wonderful helpful person.

Don't ever move here. Mold in all the units I've been in and all they do is paint over it. There's roaches & gnats everywhere. I kept my apartment spotless and still had problems with bugs and mold. There's trash everywhere outside. I've had my car vandalized two times and nothing was done. Children set a fire next to my unit and nothing was done. There is no security on duty at all. Office staff is beyond rude. And the manager of Dominium is rude also. She talks to you like you're nothing. I've had items stolen out of my apartment when the maintenance comes when I'm out. A $500 necklace is MISSING. the office staff stole my rent money and when I found out about it they said they can't return it. They will just credit it. This is the sorriest place ever.

Mrs. Alicia and Mrs. Angel are the sweetest people ever. They accommodate all needs and care about their residents. Thank you ladies for a job well done. We definitely need more people like y’all in this world.
