Timbers Apartments

I love these apartments! Every apartment seems to have a lot of character and move in day the office and maintenance make sure to have your apartment clean and ready to move in. Rent is honestly amazing for the amenities you get. They also have a really sweet looking pool that opens in the summer time, a dog park and a playground for children. 10/10 would recommend anyone to live here!

i lived here for about 6 months, these apartments are amazing! there super clean, the office lady's Santana and Lenora are literally amazing, so sweet and helpful. they have a beautiful pool, well kept landscaping, and the maintenance guys Abe and Shane are very responsive and quick to fix any problems, not to mention there both very kind and friendly! i would recommend this place for single living or family living.

Lived here for the better part of a year, and was happy to leave. The climate control was never adequate to the weather and the insulation was terrible (AC didn't cool enough, baseboards didn't heat enough, paid a premium in electric bills despite never being able to achieve anything close to room temperature). The office staff was passive-aggressive, and I dreaded every encounter with them. Many neighbors complained of similar problems, and vermin on top of that, but had become totally hopeless that the office would do anything to help them. On top of that, the washers broke several times during my stay. On the positive side, the rooms are spacious enough, the price is adequate, and pool is usable and well-maintained. It felt good to live in a place with a working dishwasher.

Trash apartments. Did not notify me when i moved out of a balance, but would call me from work to let me know all of my dogs crap was not picked up and they would charge 50 if i did not come and clean it. Cat litter consistently on the ground floor of the garage bins, mice and the only thing they do is give you a sticky mouse trap (so it’s obviously a problem if you can pull it out the trunk bed of the maintenance truck) , carpet is more than a Decade old but will charge you for the cleaning and replacement, neighbors smoke and the units are central AC and connected therefore, the smells enter into your home. When addressed the maintenance man expresses he is a smoker and cant tell the difference in smell. The grounds man gives creeper vibes. Comes to shut down the pool early but just to w

beautiful property! well maintained. the manger santana always on site safety never am issue well lit area beautiful dog park. her staff there great! this place has given me and my daughter great peace we appreciate the staff and the property we call home
