Providence builds quality homes and sticks behind their product. We just had our one-year walk-through with Kristi who couldn't have been more accommodating to our needs. There were a couple minor repairs that were taken care of in less than a week. Not only was she and her crew professional but she also made the process simple and efficient. My husband and I highly recommend moving into an ENERGY STAR home built by Providence!
Nice cozy neighborhood in Nocatee, houses a bit close. Also need horseshoe pit and Bocce ball for us older gentlemen. ☺
HoA Board harasses resident’s guest from using dog park. Wouldn’t recommend this community. Not neighborly Ask to read Nextdoor posts before buying here
