Timberland Heights

I have only been here at Timberland since March, but I have loved every minute of it. This is my first apartment - and from the get go, I have felt comfortable and at home here. The staff and maintenance are incredibly friendly and on top of things around the place. The proximity to stores/restaurants and anything else in Rochester you need to get to - is really handy. Having a weight room and pool so close is awesome. The grounds are kept up very well, and the staff give ample time/notice when your car needs to be moved (or if you need to be made aware of something in the community/vicinity).

The office staff are very friendly and helpful. Concerns are always addressed right away. Staff like to get to know residents and become like friends and neighbors. Maintenance staff are prompt with repairs and even assist with carrying heavy packages to your apartment. They have events for residents like summer grill out, holiday party, pet activities (end of summer pool day) and they always have a great turnout! I feel very safe and comfortable in my apartment. The buildings are clean and quiet. The first floor apartments like mine have a second entrance/exit option through the patio door. There is always plenty of parking and rent is way more affordable than other places in town. I have moved 3 times in 3 years (all in Rochester) and I plan on staying here for awhile. My fiance and I have been living here for a little over two months now. The office staff has been super friendly and always ask how things are going when I stop in for my mail. They're also super nice to my puppy who I bring with to get my mail. We had our first issue with the apartment this morning. The lock on our patio door broke. I put in a maintenance request around 11 this morning thinking they probably would not get to it for a few days. The guy was here about an hour or two later and fixed it super quickly. He was friendly and efficient. I have no regrets moving here so far.

It is a beautiful places to live. It has a country but city feel to the places. Pet friendly and has a outdoor pool. The management here is very friendly and understanding.

I lived at Timberland Heights for 2 years. It was a wonderful place to live. The office management were the friendliest and most helpful people to interact with. If I ever had an issue, they worked hard to resolve it as quickly as possible. Maintenance is extremely fast and they do great work. I never waited more than 12 hours for maintenance. I'd put in a request at work at 10am and maintenance would always be done by the time I got home in the evening. They are rock stars. I can talk about moving out as well. Some apartment companies nickel and dime you when you move out. They charge you for petty things (like cleaning something that was dirty when you moved in).
