Timberhaven Log & Timber Homes

In one word “OUTSTANDING”. We used Timberhaven Log Homes for our custom designed log home 10-years ago, followed by our log sided garage and, then more recently our timber frame pavilion; all of which we built ourselves. Outstanding customer service from day one, all the way through construction, and after. Not only does everyone at Timberhaven treat you like you’re part of their family, I have no doubt you’ll make them part of yours. Superior products and master craftsmanship is used throughout. If you have a specific design or vision Timberhaven can make it a reality. We highly recommend those out there looking to build their dream log home to use Timberhaven. I guarantee you will not be disappointed and that you’ll be as happy as we are.

Was very interested in working with these guys, liked the look of their Gambrel & Loyalhanna plans, but can't even view the damned plans on a different device without reregistering every time, because they insist on this email/potential client information capture without the basic sense & decency to save it attached to a user account. So any time you want to do anything on the site, you have to re-enter all of your information again from scratch. Didn't like entering it the first time, until I know I want to work with them. Not only is this pushy high pressure sales gimmick of harvesting user data -- which is sleazy & customer-hostile to begin with -- but it's also terrible web design in that it doesn't even work effectively to prevent repeat data collection & facilitate the navigational e

Timberhaven Log Homes provides an excellent quality product. And they prepare the log package in a manner that makes assembly of the log walls very easy for the contractor which is one of our favorites features of the Timberhaven Log Home product! Each log is milled and precut to your specific plan. The logs are put on the skids in the order that the contractor will need them. Each log is labeled with row number and letter. A set of plans is provided showing each wall of the home with the corresponding letter and number so the contractor can follow them very easily .... saving them time and you money! Unfortunately we were scammed by two of their Dealer Reps. Make sure you vet any dealer you go with personally because Timberhaven may not have done so or even verified their qualifications. The log cabin industry is full of scammers!
