Timber Ridge, a Linden Community

My wife and I moved in March 1st. The management was very professional and kind and ensured we were taken care of. Heather was the primary point of contact for our move and she did her best to ensure that our move was as seamless as possible.

I honestly have never been treated this good at any other community that I have applied to live. The grounds looks so good every time I had to come to complete the move in process. My townhouse is beautiful and greatly kept. Ms. Pam the property manager is so nice and you can tell she loves this place. She is just so sweet and you can tell that she cares. Ms. Heather was also very nice and helped me when Ms. Pam was helping someone else. Thank you ladies for everything you've done to help me. I even bought them flowers and gave them a thank you card.

✨️WE LOVE PAM IN THE RENTAL‼️✨️ Other than that the plumbing really needs work. Seriously. PROS: Has a family feel. A lot of children. PROS: The rental office is very professional, knowledgeable and prompt. They also genuinely care about you.*ty Pam* PROS: Place is very spacious. PROS: Designated parking with 2 spots directly in front of your place. PROS: They have little events and things either in the park or the rec room. PROS: The gym PROS: Camera surveillance PROS: Park with shaded sitting area PROS: Elementary school right next door. 2 second walk PROS: Clean CONS: Plumbing CONS: Children have the tendency to play in the street. CONS: Some people drive too fast coming into the neighborhood. Aside from plumbing its a good place to live. I'd recommend them and I would move back in.

I had a great, great time at the apartment life event I attended! They played games with my kids and gave out backpacks full of school supplies for FREE! Nate and Marisa really made me feel valued.

CAME HERE AS A DISABLED SPECIAL FORCES ARMY VETERAN WITH MY FAMILY TO PRICE CHECK & MY LIFE WAS THREATENED BY A FEMALE MANAGER'S HUSBAND, BECAUSE I HAD CLASSICAL MUSIC ON LEVEL 3 AND MANAGEMENT YELLED AT ME AND SAID TURN THAT OFF IT MAY SCARE NEW RESIDENTS. I WAS IN MY CAMARO WITH MY WINDOWS DOWN LOOKING FOR THE MAIN ENTRANCE. HER HUSBAND WAS IN A WHITE SUV VACUUMING HIS CAR AND SAID LET ME GO GRAB SOMETHING OUT OF DA CRIB REAL QUICK? I CAME BACK AFTER DRIVING TO THE BANK FOR DOWN PAYMENT MONEY AND THE POLICE WERE THERE QUESTIONING ME FOR AN INVESTIGATION???
